For investors, project sponsors, enterprises and SMEs

Africa's infrastructure gap isn't a lack of good ideas. It's a lack of prepared ones.

AfCEN Deal Rooms closes that gap: real projects, prepared properly, presented to real investors.

Nexa, AfCEN’s matchmaker, suggests who should meet. AfCEN makes every introduction.

Sounds familiar?

Getting a good project in front of the right investor is harder than it should be.

  • “Investors want documents we don’t have.”

    A project sponsor

  • “It’s hard to find projects that are actually ready.”

    An investor

  • “Investors can’t find us.”

    An enterprise

None of this means the idea is weak. It means nobody has prepared it yet.

What the Deal Room is

One place where projects are prepared, assessed and introduced to investors.

AfCEN runs each step, and every result shows where it came from.

  1. Sponsors bring projectsMissing documents are drafted for AfCEN to review.
  2. AfCEN assesses themEach criterion is scored against the project’s own documents.
  3. Investors see what is readyCleared investors see the teaser, ask for more, and AfCEN makes the introduction.

How it works

From a project to a deal, in five steps

  1. A project comes in

A sponsor submits a project, or AfCEN adds one.

  2. It is prepared

Missing documents are drafted, then reviewed by AfCEN.

  3. It is assessed with evidence

Every score points to the project’s own documents.

  4. It meets investors

Cleared investors see the teaser, ask for more, and AfCEN makes the introduction.

  5. It is followed through

AfCEN tracks each meeting and next step on the way to a deal.

Why it’s different

Not another listing site.

Projects arrive prepared and assessed, and AfCEN stays with each one on the way to a deal.

  1. One NDA

One NDA with AfCEN covers your access across projects, not one per project.

  2. Every score backed by evidence

Each score cites the document it came from, so you can check it.

  3. Prepared, not just listed

Missing documents are drafted and reviewed before a project reaches investors.

  4. Every introduction followed up

AfCEN tracks each meeting and next step after an introduction.

  1. Nothing public without approval. A project’s public teaser, its text and its pictures, appears only after a named AfCEN person approves it.

  2. Detail only under NDA. Anything beyond the teaser goes only to investors who have passed KYC and AML checks and signed the NDA.

  3. Documents with a recorded approval. A project’s documents reach an investor only with an approval recorded in the Deal Room.

  4. Every access recorded. Each access AfCEN gives is kept in the audit log, with who approved it and when.
